The Role of the Media Center in a Dynamic Learning Environment
District 196 CIA Institute
April 24, 2015

In our ever changing educational environment, the role of the library media center is transforming. Where once it was a quiet place to do research or read a book, the media center is becoming a much more vibrant, active learning place. Come discover and discuss ideas of how to reimagine the learning space in the library media center, making it the heart of the school. Talk about using flexible spaces, creative opportunities such as MakerSpaces, and other strategies to support innovation in your schools.
